chili
Ingredients
  • chili seasoning mix
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 2 8oz cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can kidney or pinto beans
  • rice
  • shredded cheese (Mexican or cheddar)
Steps
  1. Brown meat on medium high heat
  2. Drain fat
  3. Stir in mix, sauce, beans and bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile cook rice
  5. Serve chili on rice and top with cheese
