Ingredients
  • subheading: Mix the night before:
  • 2c rolled oats
  • 1c almond milk
  • 3T applesauce (natural)
  • 3T stevia
  • ⅓c egg whites
  • 1 ½ t baking powder (aluminum-free)
  • ½t sea salt
  • 3t vanilla
  • 1T cinnamon
Steps
  1. Refrig overnight.
  2. In morning spray 8x8 pan. Pour in refrigerated mixture.
  3. Sprinkle a little more cinnamon and blueberries on top.
  4. 350* for 30 min.
