Vegan Wild Rice Stuffing (Gluten-Free)
Ingredients

  • 1 cup  wild rice blend
  • 2 ½ cups low sodium  vegetable broth
  • 1 large white or yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp low sodium tamari ( soy sauce if not gluten-free)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp dried sage
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 apple, diced
  • ⅓ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
