  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup dry white wine or chicken stock
