Burgers with onions and garlic
Ingredients
  • 4 ⅓ lb beef burger patties
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Season the burger patties with salt and pepper. Take 4 aluminum foil squares and place a patty onto each square. Top with a mount of onions and garlic. Close and fold the foil. Poke 5 holes in the bottom of the foil packet with a toothpick. Pour a cup of water into the instant pot insert. Set the trivet inside and place the foil packets in a standing position. Cook on manual high pressure for 16 minutes. Quick pressure release. Open the lid and remove the foil Packets. Serve the patties on buns with your favorite toppings
