Mom’s Oyster Dressing
Ingredients
  • 1 package of croutons, ½ C butter, 2 eggs, ¼ C Malt-o-meal, 1 to 2 C water, 1 small can of oysters
Steps
  1. Lightly brown the croutons in butter in a large skillet. In a separate bowl mix eggs, Malt-o-meal, water and can of drained and hand diced oysters. Mix thoroughly and add to skillet. Salt to taste. Roughly 1 tsp.
Notes
  • Best when re-heated. Add water as needed when heating to moisten.
