Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup pumpkin, pureed
  • ¼ cup oatmeal
  • ⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp butter, melted
  • Optional toppings could include: almonds, chocolate chips, pepitas etc.
