Instead of cheddar cheese, we have used mozzarella ... and it's equally delicious..

FYI - The older the pepper, and the more stress the plant has been under, the more white lines you’ll see, and the hotter the pepper will be. The smoother the pepper, the younger, less stressed, and milder it is.

  • 8oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 CUP Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Lb jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 Green onion, finely chopped
