Carrot Dogs Instant Pot

1 c. Tamari or soy sauce

½ c. water

¼ c. apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. garlic powder

2 T of Liquid Smoke

Place 4 to 8 carrots, peeled and cut into length of hot dog, into Instant Pot. Pour the above marinade over carrots.

Cook 3 minutes with Quick Release for thick carrots.

Cook 2 minutes with Quick Release for thin carrots.

I used ½ cup soy sauce not 1 cup.

They were very good.
