I use Spelt Flour or Coconut Flour - it tastes Nicer and is much Healthier for you! And Ghee or Coconut Oil tastes much Nicer than Olive Oil for Pancakes. I never use Canola or Veggie Oils - they are actually toxic. I also use Stainless Steel or Ceramic Pans for the same reason!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Spelt flour or Coconut Flour
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup dairy milk or almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • subheading: For The Main Dish:
  • 1 banana
  • 50 gm crushed low fat cottage cheese
