  • 1 15oz can white beans drained and rinsed well
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder 4g
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder 4g
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder 4g
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup brown rice flour 35g
  • subheading: Garlic Paprika Burger Sauce:
  • ¼ cup raw cashews 30g, soaked in water for at least 10 minutes
  • ¼ cup tahini 60g
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • ½ teaspoon pure maple syrup none of that cheapy stuff, k?
  • ½ teaspoon rice vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup water 120ml
