Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 28 ounces tomato sauce
- 28 ounces tomatoes, diced
- 1 large green bell pepper diced
- 1 large red bell pepper diced
- 1 large sweet onion chopped
- 8 ounces mushroom caps, sliced
- 1 medium zucchini (9oz), chopped
- ½ cup corn
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce (8 shots)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Steps
- Heat the oil on medium saute.
- Add the ground turkey and saute until no longer pink.
- Add everything else.
- Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
- Natural pressure release for 15 minutes. Done!
- Top with grated cheese, sour cream and/or sliced avocado if desired.
