  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons salt - to taste
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 12-ounce jar roasted red bell peppers - chopped
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
