  • 1 cup corn kernels, fresh, frozen or canned
  • 1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
  • 1 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 14.5 oz. can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup white rice
