How to Make Eggrolls
Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 stalks celery
  • ½ onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Eggroll Wrappers (Found in the produce section)
  • ¼ to ½ cup mayo
  • worcestershire sauce (2 to 3 dashes)
  • hot sauce (2 to 3 dashes)
  • white sugar (1 pinch)
  • dijon mustard (1 tbsp)
  • old bay seasoning - to taste
  • bread crumbs ½ to 1 cup (as needed to bind)
  • Oil for Frying
  • subheading: Cheesesteak Eggrolls:
  • 1 package eggroll wrappers
  • 12 oz thick cut provolone cheese slices
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 lb shaved steak
  • 1 egg (egg wash)
  • vegetable or peanut oil for deep frying
  • salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic
  • subheading: Aioli:
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp pickle juice (can use ACV as a substitute)
  • 2 to 3 tbsp ketchup (use this to balance the heat from sriracha and to add color)
