  • 1 Onion, peeled & cut into 8
  • 1 Bay
  • Pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Corns
  • 1 cup Grated Vegan Cheese  (optional)
  • 2 tbs Nutritional Yeast  (optional)
