IP Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 Med. Thickness Pork Chops
  • McCormick Grill Mates Steak Seasoning
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Can Cream Mushroom Soup Low Sodium
  • Pour Soup into measuring cup & add water to make 2 Cups Liquid
Steps
  1. Pat the Pork Chops with paper towel to dry. Season the top of pork chops. Add oil to pot and sauté to brown, season the other side and flip over to finish browning. After browning, remove pork chops and set aside, pour about a quarter of the liquid into the pot to deglaze. Now pour the remaining liquid in and place the pork chops back into the pot.
  2. Close lid, seal, and set to manual for 18 to 20 minutes, then let it NRP for at least 1o minutes and then QR.
  3. You can use a cornstarch mixture to the liquid set back on Sauté to thicken the gravy.
  4. You may want additional salt
