  • 1 lb chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 12 ounces okra frozen or fresh cut into ¼" slices
  • 1 lb large shrimp shelled and deveined, thawed

  • 1 tsp   sea salt  fine grind
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp basil
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ⅛ tsp coriander roasted, ground
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
