  • 3/4 cup / 135 g unsweetened dried tart cherries, I like these
  • 3 tbsp / 18 g cacao powder
  • 2 scoops / 20 g collagen peptides, I like this one, a scant 1/4 cup, optional
  • 1 tsp / 4 g red beet powder, optional
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional garnishes:
  • cacao powder
  • red beet powder, I like this one:
  • golden flax seeds, like these:
  • brown flax seeds
  • crushed pumpkin seeds
  • freeze dried raspberry powder
  • pinch of flaky sea salt
  • chocolate sprinkles!
