Fried Turnips and Onions
Ingredients
  • Turnips
  • Onions
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Other seasonings
Steps
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Peel and cut the turnip into half inch cubes. Toss with salt and olive oil.
  3. Place on a large baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, until fork tender.
  4. Saute onion until almost done, add roasted turnips and fry until brown and crispy.
  5. Season and serve.
