Gluten free bread
Ingredients
  • subheading: Dry:
  • 2 cups almond meal
  • ½ cup LSA
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup crushed almonds
  • ¼ cup psyllium husk
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • subheading: Wet:
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 TBS coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup milk of choice
Steps
  1. 1. Preheat 180°.
  2. 2. Lightly oil loaf tin and sprinkle with almond meal.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  5. 5. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry. If too wet add extra almond meal, if too dry add extra milk.
  6. 6. Add to loaf tin and sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake for 35 to 45 mins. Check if cooked by inserting skewer. If too is starting to brown, cover with foil and continue to bake.
