  • 2 whole eggs ( 110 g)
  • 1 ¼ cups milk of choice ( 300 g)
  • ¼ cup melted unsalted butter or coconut oil ( 60 g)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded apple or finely diced, more for topping ( 115 g)
  • ⅓ cup chopped walnuts, toasted ( 35 g)
