High Protein Crock Pot Queso Chicken Mac n’ Cheese

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne

  • 2 orange bell peppers
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • Diced/Roasted
  •  
  • High: 2 to 3 hours
  • Low: 3 to 4 hours

  • 672g pasta, cooked to 50%

  • 100g ⅓ fat cream cheese
  • 150g extra sharp cheddar cheese*
  • 30g cheddar powder
