  • 8 tablespoons cajun seasoning, divided
  • 1 package Zataran's seafood boil
  • 1⁄3 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 12 ounces light beer
  • 4 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1⁄2 pound unsalted butter
  • 10 tablespoons paprika
  • 1⁄2 cup coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ground white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
