  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil or other vegetable oil
  • 1 Yellow onion (medium, finely chopped)
  • 1 Red bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • ΒΌ cup Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsps Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Tamari or Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Yellow or brown mustard
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Ground pepper to taste

  • 1 pkg Brussels sprouts (10-ounce bag, shredded )
