  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 (6 to 7 lb.) bone-in Boston Butt or pork shoulder
  • Optional, for serving: bbq sauce; sandwich buns; coleslaw; pickles
