Creamy Blt Chicken {Paleo, Whole30, Keto}
Ingredients
  • 6 slices bacon sugar free
  • 1 8 oz container of kite hill almond milk cream cheese or other dairy free cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cups dairy free milk (coconut milk or plain unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast optional
  • 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 2 tsp Ranch seasoning blend
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups chopped kale or baby spinach
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh chives or 3 sliced scallions, for garnish
