  • 2 cups raw oat groats, cooked in 3 cups water in IP
  • 48 Oz berries
  • Walnuts
  • Ground flax
  • Chia seed
  • Hemp seed
  • Spice mix: cinnamon, amla powder, turmeric and bl pepper
Steps
  1. subheading: Per 2 cup jar:
  2. ¾ cup cooked groats
  3. 6oz berries

  5. 0.5oz chopped walnuts
  6. 1 Tbl ground flax seed
  7. 1 tsp chia
  8. 1 tsp hemp
  9. 1 tsp spice mix (equal cinnamon, amla, turmeric, w pinch of bl pepper)
