  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp EACH: Salt, Paprika and White Sugar
  • ½ tsp EACH: Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ground Cumin
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne
  • subheading: FAJITA BOWL and SIDES:
  • 4 Portobellos grilled
  • 1 c Long Grain Rice cooked
  • 2 c Mixed Red, Green, Orange or Yellow Peppers sliced and sauteed
  • ½ medium Onion sliced
  • ½ medium Onion diced (for salsa)
  • ½ can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tomatoes diced (for salsa)
  • OPTIONAL SIDES: Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese & Guacamole
  • Soft Flour Tortillas for serving
