  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter, (or nut butter of choice)
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
