Easy Skinny Lasagna Roll Ups
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. 96% lean ground beef or 99% ground turkey
  • ¼ cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) container fat free ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ¼ cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese-shredded, divided  (I use Pantry Market from Target)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • Fresh or dried parsley, for garnish
