Easy IP chicken and rice any flavor

  1. Throw these things in the pot, 15 minutes of cooking and you have a full blown meal. I just realized this and let me tell yah, the GAME HAS BEEN CHANGED!
  2. subheading: Put ingredients in this order, use quick release for pressure:
  3. - 2 cups uncooked brown rice with salt
  4. - 2 ½ water
  5. - 2 to 3 lbs thawed chicken (with or without bone)
  6. - 1 jar/bottle sauce
  7. (marinara, salsa, BBQ, teriyaki, tiki masala, ranch, honey mustard etc!)
  8. -To add an extra fiber factor I’ll pair it with a bag of heated up veggies and can of beans :)
