Easy Magic Lemon Pudding (5 Ingredients, No Eggs)

1 lemon, zest only (use the juice in the sauce)

120 ml milk, warmed

2 tablespoons butter , (melted and mixed in with the warm milk)

subheading: for the sauce:

50 g sugar

250 ml boiling water

120 ml lemon juice, (2 to 3 lemons)

subheading: to serve (optional):

icing / confectioners’ sugar for sprinkling

vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or custard
