  • 120 ml milk, warmed
  • 2 tablespoons butter , (melted and mixed in with the warm milk)

  • 50 g sugar
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • 120 ml lemon juice, (2 to 3 lemons)
  • subheading: to serve (optional):
  • icing / confectioners’ sugar for sprinkling
  • vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or custard
