  • Butter - I always use unsalted room temperature butter, or use a good organic extra virgin olive oil.
  • Frozen mixed vegetables- The great thing about using frozen mixed vegetables is that they don't take long to cook on a griddle at all.
  • Eggs - I always use large eggs.
  • Soy sauce - Use a Low Sodium or if you don’t have that on hand go for Tamari or Coconut Amino Acids
  • Salt and pepper to taste
