Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (30g) chickpea flour
  • ¼ cup (45g) raw cashews, soaked in water overnight and drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
