  • Cottage Cheese - 1 cup of 1% small curd cottage cheese.
  • Spinach - 8 ounces of frozen spinach, thawed & drained.
  • Artichokes - 6 ounces of artichokes in water, drained & diced.
  • Mozzarella - ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Parmesan Cheese - 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese.
  • Onion Powder - ½ teaspoon.
  • Garlic Powder - ½ teaspoon.
  • Pepper - To taste.
