Parmesean crusted chicken nuggets
bite sized chicken nuggets

Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breast, chucked
  • 1 can grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • oil for frying
Steps
  1. whip eggs in a small bowl.  place parmesean cheese into gallon size bag. dip chicken chunks into eggs, then into bag of parmesan cheese, about ΒΌ of the chicken at a time.  make sure the chicken is coated well.  place chicken into the oil and fry on med/high heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side, until golden brown.

  • great pairing with my low carb honey mustard sauce
