Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • ¾ cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup water
  • (1½ cups) 12 oz coconut milk
Steps
  1. Cook on med-low heat. Add more water if too thick. Use regular coconut milk not the low fat kind. Natural peanut butter is important!
