Orange Ginger Glaze
Yummy Asian orange ginger Glaze for chicken, fish, or pork
Ingredients
  • Juice of two oranges (about ¼ cup)
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos.
  • About 1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped fine.
  • 1 large garlic clove chopped fine.
  • 1 to 2 tbs or local raw honey (always)
  • Salt & pepper to taste.
Steps
  1. Add everything to a small sauce pan.  Simmer until reduced and thick enough to coat a spoon.  Can be strained if desired, or ginger and garlic pieces can be left.  Soy sauce can be used instead of aminos if you must, but use less.
