Ingredients
  • 4lbs boneless/skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 medium onion halved and sliced thin
  • 1 jar bbq sauce (I used Noble Made Classic BBQ because I think it is the best one out there!)
  • A little water...enough to rinse out the jar and get all the goodness out
  • Salt & Pepper or seasoning of your choice
Steps
  1. 15 min manual and 10 min NPR
  2. Remove the chicken and change IP over to sauté.
  3. Cook sauce down until thick and reduced by half (this step makes a big difference in consistency and flavor) Return chicken and shred slightly.
