Chicken & Rice
Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  • 3-½ lbs cut up chicken
  • 1 can chicken and rice soup
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup long raw rice
  • 1 package onion soup mix
Steps
  1. Place rice in 13 x 9 pan
  2. Mix soups with 1 can water. (Onion soup use only ½ package)
  3. Pour over and mix with rice.
  4. Arrange chicken over rice and soup.
  5. Sprinkle remaining onion soup over chicken.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake 300° for 2-½ hours.
