  • Fish, whole: 4 to 5 mins (fresh) / 5 to 7 (frozen)
  • Fish, fillet: 2 to 3 / 3 to 4
  • Fish, steak: 3 to 4 / 4 to 6
  • Mussels: 1 to 2 / 2 to 3
  • Seafood soup or stock: 7 to 8 / 8 to 9
  • Prawns: 1 to 3 / 2 to 4
