Make Ahead Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 white onion finely diced
  • 2 lb. breakfast sausage pork or chicken or chorizo

  • 36- inch tortillas plain or whole wheat
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
