Moroccan Lamb Steaks with Bulgur Wheat and Vegetables –
Ingredients
  • 4 x 150g lamb steaks
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp Ras el hanout
  • Salt and ground black pepper, as desired
  • 150g coarse bulgur wheat
  • 325ml vegetable or chicken stock
  • 10g fresh coriander leaves and stalks, chopped, plus extra, to serve
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into 1cm strips
  • 1 small fennel bulb, cut into 1cm wedges
  • 1 medium courgette, halved lengthways and cut into 1cm slices
