Smoked Sausage Jambalaya Burrito Bowls
Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz.) Box of Zatarian’s Jambalaya Rice Mix
  • 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion, diced
  • 1 (14 oz.) Package of Zatarain’s Andouille Sausage, cubed
  • 1 (15 oz.) Can of Black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) Can of Fresh Cut Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 Large Tomato, diced
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 Ripe Hass Avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
  • Sour Cream, for serving
  • Chopped Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
