my version of fathead dough
a versitile bread recipe.  can be used to make pizza, hot pockets, breadsticks, pastries and more.

Ingredients
  • 1½ cup mozzeralla cheese
  • ½ stick melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  •  
  • °°°for savory°°°
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  •  
  • °°°for sweet°°°
  • 2 tsp sweetener of choice
Steps
  1. preheat over to 375°.  mix dry ingredients, add melted putter and egg.   set aside.  in a seperate bowl microwave cheese for 1 to 2 minutes until melted.  combine flour mixture to the cheese with a spoon, until cooled.  then use hands to knead into a ball.  roll dough between two sheets of parchment paper.   total cooking time for dough is 16 to 20 minutes.
Notes
  • for pizza, bake dough for 8 to 10 minutes, top with your favorite toppings then bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
