Avocado Tomato Mozzarella Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 avocados (peeled, pitted, & cubed)
  • 2 plum tomatoes (cubed with seeds removed)
  • 4oz fresh mozzarella cheese (cubed. make sure the package says fresh. it tastes MUCH better)
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. basil (we used dried, but you could use fresh)
  • salt & pepper to taste
