Quick and Easy Vegetable Korma
Ingredients

  • 14 oz coconut milk, full fat or low fat
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • cooked brown rice or farro
  • Naan bread, optional
