Ingredients
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1½ tsp. sugar
Steps
  1. Peel onions then cut into ¼-inch thick slices.
  2. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onions and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in sugar; cook 5 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Notes
  • Serve with roast, burgers, steak, chicken or baked potatoes.
  • Stir into scrambled eggs, omelets or quiches.
