Ingredients
  • 100 g brown rice flour
  • 100 g oat flour
  • 100 g finely ground almonds
  • 30 g potato starch
  • 90 g coconut sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix
  • 100 g chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
  • 150 g coconut cream the thickened cream from a can of a full-fat coconut milk (chill the can of a full-fat coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight so that you can easily separate cream from the liquid)
